Role Overview
The Senior DevOps Engineer ensures the scalability, reliability, and security of ATrack’s SaaS platform infrastructure. This role focuses on designing and maintaining cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and automation frameworks that support continuous integration and rapid deployment of services. The Senior DevOps Engineer acts as a key technical liaison between development and operations, enabling efficient and consistent delivery across environments. This position contributes directly to system uptime, deployment velocity, and infrastructure optimization, playing a crucial role in maintaining a resilient SaaS ecosystem for ABA therapy technology.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience
- Hands-on experience managing AWS EC2 environments (provisioning, scaling, optimization)
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or similar languages .
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), including designing, provisioning, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in production environments.
- Experience with Terragrunt to manage and orchestrate Terraform configurations across multiple environments. (Candidates with Terragrunt experience will be highly prioritized, as this indicates deeper architectural expertise and experience managing complex infrastructure at scale.)
- Understanding of IAM best practices, secrets management, and infrastructure security
- Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across engineering and product teams
- Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration
Nice to Have
- Release engineering experience (branching strategies, release automation, artifact management)
- Experience with event-driven serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
- Exposure to cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning in cloud environments
- Certifications such as AWS Developer/DevOps Engineer
